Matthew focuses on providing you with proactive advice, so you’re always prepared for what’s around the corner in a shifting tax landscape. He excels in helping you with issues such as structuring for multiple business lines, excise tax and sales tax planning, and tax compliance.
Some of my focus areas include corporate and partnership taxation, international tax, M&A transaction advisory, transfer pricing, state and local tax, R&D credit, and compensation planning. I work with companies in the technology, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, retail and consumer goods, cannabis, and cryptocurrency industries.
Prior to joining MGO, I worked at a major regional accounting firm and several boutique firms, where I gained the knowledge and experience in global supply chain planning, IP strategy, and multistate structuring.
